Just a conversation
I had a number of conversations at NSA today. How often do you allow yourself the time to talk, perhaps brainstorm, and think outloud with people? All too often we get focused on a single task and have a hard time seeing a bigger of different picture.
Sure, I attended educational sessions but it was the conversations about the business that enabled me to connect some dots about some challenges I have been having.
I had an open mind and some good things got it.
