For Meeting Planners

Meeting planners have one of the most thankless jobs in the world. My job is to help make it easier for you. Of course, I will deliver great content and here are some resources that planners often need. There are two sections here, one for the keynote and one for the concurrent educational session.

I am looking forward to working with you and you will find me pretty low maintenance. If the group is under 50 people I am able to work without an audio system, although it does help. Over 50 people I require a wireless lapel type microphone. IF that is not available I can use a wireless hand held microphone. Please don't make me stand behind a lectern and speak into a microphone - it really takes away from my delivery and you will not get what you paid for.

For training sessions I generally need the standard data projector with screen large enough for your group. I always have my computer but we can load the presentation on yours if that makes things flow better for you. If that is the case please let me know so we can make that handoff an easy one. A flip chart to the side is always handy.

For keynotes, depending on group size and your room layout, I might need a standard 10x10 riser or two right in front of the audience. We can talk about it. Call me or email me. THANKS.

"I want to personally thank you for helping to make NJCUL’s Leadership Conference such a huge success. Your presentations were full of relevant information and very well received. From that first meeting in Baltimore last year, I knew you would be great – and you were!"
