That is the blog address for Professor Randy Parker. He works at East Carolina University and I have seen him speak a few times. Each time I saw him speak his predictions came true. That’s not why I like him and endorse him. I like him because he makes economics make sense and that is a hard thing to do.

His goal is to educate and inform and have some fun along the way. His grasp of theory is incredible. His first book on the Great Depression well qualifies him to opine on the current situation and he does so with candor that might upset the weak. He is not full of himself, he is quick to point out others who are doing great work and his blog has many references you can click on to learn more.

Check him out. Read for a week or two and see if you are smarter because you did.
