Many of you know I have a sweet tooth. While Mrs. Fields cookies are my preferred solution I am also a big fan of Cold Stone Creamery. And tomorrow, Sept 30, you can be too.

On September 30 from 5-8PM you can get a free 3 ounce Kate’s Creation – caramel apple ice cream with chocolate shavings, graham cracker and apple pie filling. OF course, you can always buy your own creation.

But this is about more than ice cream, it is about being social. Why not take your team out for ice cream? It doesn’t have to be at 5PM tomorrow but where is the social component to your team? IF you don’t have that you don’t have a true team.

Just yesterday I was talking to a project manager who was having some conflict on the job with someone. I asked what they had in common and he had no idea. Tough to build  a relationship, even at work, if you don’t know anything about that person. Even tougher to build a cohesive team.

Maybe they should go to Cold Stone. Who doesn’t like Ice Cream?
