Many times in the bookstore I have see the book What Got You Here Wont Get You There by Marshall Goldsmith and each time I have said to myself, “sounds like a good one.” But lack of time and an already large stack of books have caused me to put this purchase on hold. Not anymore. Dr Goldsmith addressed the convention today and he was outstanding. The book just moved up on my priority list as I went to the convention bookstore and bought the book today. I’ll give you an update once I finish it but I can already tell you that it is worth your time.
