Alot happens in three weeks
On my way back from attending the National Speakers Assn National Convention in Anaheim. This is where I go for education and motivation. As always, a great meeting.
Some pretty heavy work days leading up to this trip. One week corporate university with senior executives followed by doing some facilitation in a strategic planning session. Good stuff.
The convention reminded me of the importance of having a professional network of friends and peers who can talk with you about the business and what you do. They have a perspective, if you look for it, that can lend tremendous support and incredible value.
I am also reminded of the fundamentals of success in my industry. You have them too. Have you been doing them or have you drifted away. I used to read a book on sales annually. Somehow I drifted away from that. Time to get back to it. You get the idea.
What basics do you need to get back to?
"I've had some very positive feedback from many of our employees and you definitely made a very constructive impact on our organization. I'm confident the day we invested with you will serve as a catalyst for an outstanding year and beyond!"
