I am not a tech guy but I do know that you can click on the button to the left here and sign up for RSS (really simple syndication) of this blog. What this means is that you dont have to come to the site everyday to see if I posted. The post will come to you in the form of an email.
I use this feature on some blogs I read. It saves time and I don’t miss any postings.
