Lebron Part Two
OK, it turns out Jesse Jackson was the guy who made the runaway slave comment – although he was simply building on what the Cavs owner had already implied.
Anyway…yesterday I said the owner needed to get over losing Lebron. Employees leave. Today I will say that Lebron didn’t do anyone, especially himself, any favors by leaving the way he did.
So, today we get to recognize, yet again, that the 20 somethings in your workforce may play by a different set of rules than you did.
Best way to win the game is to know the rules. Have you had a conversation with one of your 20 somethings lately? If not, find one and buy them lunch.
