Selection, Selection, Selection
First off, sorry I’ve been away. Been quite busy…
Have had several conversations with people the past few weeks about how the Marines develop leaders and people. Yes, they do a great job but,and here is the key, before they develop they select.
For restaurants it is location, location, location. For business success with your people it is all about selection. Take your time, follow a process and get the right people in the door and your life will be ALOT easier.
How well do you do in the sourcing, attracting and screening of candidates at all levels? This is fertile ground for you.
