When is the last time you went a little out of your way to thank/praise someone?
I just got an email from someone who attended a session I did in Las Vegas in early February.
I attended your presentation….I must say that it was energetic and made sense in all aspects of what I do with our company. I have attended quite a few leadership seminars, and have tried to gather and relate things from each of them, but yours with hit me with material that relates direclty to what I do at our company. Thank you again.
I put that there not to brag on me but to brag on the guy who wrote it. A few simple sentences, written from the heart, not generic. And I liked getting it.
