Memorial Day
Across the nation we pause this weekend and on Monday (except in Wake County NC year round public schools) to remember our war dead. This day is marked with celebration and solemnity. Of course, celebration is happier than solemnity but I guess it is more important that the day be marked. So, mark it. In your own way, mark the day. The Gunrunners go back to Iraq in few months. On an earlier tour they didn’t bring everyone home. We will remember those Marines today.
