Thats the science of medicine. I have a pinched nerve in my back, got it from moving into an apartment. Almost everything was reasonably priced, except for the procedure to inject cortizone steroid into the disc on my spine. Did that work? Oh yes, but only for a few weeks. Now my doctor wants me to do it again, why? Because it sorta worked. But the bill I got, was WELL OVER my price range, which I didnt know it was going to be so expensive until I got the bill. Chances are the person in the story didnt know what the cost was until the insurance company denied payment. Will I get a 2nd shot? No, I cannot even afford the first shot, so I will accept a tremendous amount of pain, ration out my oxycotin (doctors sure as hell wont keep renewing the prescription) and go about physical therapy.!

I totally agree with you. However, caloric intake is pretty much the same as mass. I think you mean the type of calorie. Considering, some are good (protien, carbs), but most are bad (fat, sugar). However, even if people are eating the good stuff, the portions are usually too large for one sitting.?
One down. millions more to go.

Well, I guess I didn't feel like I was really laying the jargon on that thick. I certainly wasn't trying to. Either way, even if you know nothing of programming, I would think the overarching story would be understandable, them giving me out of date code to replicate. Just an example of bureaucracy failing.Oh, and as a last note, all of the variable names in the C program were int1, int2, int3, char1, char2, char3, etc... Seriously, I should put it up online as an example of how not to make code readable, or on the flip side, how to ensure job security through obscurity.
