It's amazing how many people here do not really understand how SUPPLY and demand relationships work. And I'm talking about you, Dabe.Sure, the demand is going up, but prices should only be going up if the supply is shrinking because of demand. Supply isn't exactly a problem when the music is DIGITAL.
@ryancawdor the reason probably has more to do with the size of the US and UK entertainment industries. While the UK's is illustrious, the US' is far bigger, meaning more Brits go to the US to make American films than vice versa. If there was a larger demand for talent in the British film and TV industry, I'm sure you'd see more American actors sprucing up their British accents and giving it a shot.

Obama gets into office and oversees an $800 billion "stimulus" stimulus package that drives unemployment to over 10%, proposes a health care plan that will cost far beyond the $1 trillion that's been quoted and bails out banks & nationalizes a couple of car companies and now has the GALL to say "deficits are bad"?!?!?!?3 more years of this amateur hour might be more than the country can take. Just make it so you can only digg 1 story every minute if it isn't on the front page. Blind digging happens in the upcoming section. Powerusers just go through their friends submission list and digg what ever they submitted to get it to the front page. There are users who digg 100, 150, or 200 (max in one day) submissions a day in a 60 minute time period.
