Most of us do try pretty hard. The problem is, there are simply lots of things that we don't have any control over. At least with AT&T Wireless, we can only help with questions about phones, plans, features, and the ordering process, pretty much. We don't have account information. So when someone comes in complaining that they are getting overcharged or something else is wrong with their account, we can only be nice and point people to someone who can help them.Also, you have no idea how many people pop in with stuff like "i want a free iphone" or "i love you!!!!!" or "***** AT&T!!!!".
