Sorry, what constitutional violations are you referring to?
I've never owned an Asus laptop but if they're even half as good as their mobos, I'm sold. I'm still using my dual core Sony Vaio that is a few years old with no problems. Dual booting XP/Ubuntu has worked out great for everything I need.

Yes, because Arrington is a much better source than Andy Rubin (who is VP of engineering for Android at Google). Rubin said two weeks ago Google would not “compete with its customers” and “We’re not making hardware. We’re enabling other people to build hardware.”But yeah, Arrington knows what he's talking about.http://daringfireball.net/linked/2009/11/18/arring ....
I think the thing i dislike most about these artists who 'speed paint' is the number of defenders they have. It actually doesn't take that much skill to copy a picture so that it can look like the original. However, it takes a lot of skill to copy a picture properly, (.ie not using the eyedropper to find colours). Real skin tones have tons of colour variations, a lot more yellows and purples and pastel colours than what can be perceived by an unartistic eye. This artist has really poor draftmanship ability, just from the way he draws contours. There are tons of artists who do photorealistic really well. I think this one is just good at self promoting more than anything else.!

Except when David Miscavige wants to defame people in Freedom Magazine.?
Trade with China exploded under Bush - our deficit with China went from ~ $30 billion to over $250 billion, with American companies fleeing the US to set up shop in China, all with tacit approval from Bush's administration. China's leaders loved Bush - he was the best President they could have wanted; go look it up yourself.OTOH, Obama has brought up the thorny issue of freedom of speech, China's monetary policy of keeping the RMB pegged to the dollar in order to benefit China's export driven economy, and his administration, unlike the previous one, has begun investigating China's unfair trading practices - dumping tiresand steel below cost, their subsidization of industries, etc... Whether or not it's the right thing is another question, but to say that Obama is more eager than Bush for better relations with China belies the facts. |

Is the reporter who wrote the article 100 years old? Who uses 4 letter abbreviations for provinces anymore?
